James Requests a Transfer off the Squier

Less than a month after his trial, James is caught going AWOL again, this time for an hour and 20 minutes.  He is given the punishment of limited leave during their next stay in port.  However, James is clearly unhappy on the ship and on March 15th, he requests a transfer off the ship.
